How do you feel about movie sequels that return without the entire main cast (for whatever reason)?  The article points out that those close to Houston believe she would have wanted the project to continue for sure.  

I sometimes am turned off by a film that continues a role without the original actor returning.  Some character’s are not replaceable (Heath Ledger as the Joker in the Batman reboot or Clarice Starling in the Hannibal movies (I love Juliane Moore, but she wasn’t Clarice Starling, Jodie Foster is).

Yet in still, I completely understand when life steps in the way of art and the hard decisions have to be made.
